Buccaneer elan 14 caravan Two berth caravan or converts to one big size bed in the middle. It s 1990 as i have been told by the first owner. Bone dry never been leaked or dump or any sign of it!! It is excellent condition for its age. It has removable table, built in owen, hob, extract hood, shower and second sink in toilet room, other sink with hot and cold water tubs in kitchen area, water pump, water heater, fridge, mobile toilet, waste water tank, step, ariel antenna installed, gas heater has been taken and electric heater s been installed instead ( original gas heater still here in the caravan ), radio& cd player, two speaker, catlery ( never been used ), rolling clean water tank, one spare tyre, awning which gives you pretty big living area and two seperate sliping room! Carpet s taken of in the caravan after underfloor heating installed and completed with wooden floor board end of summer 2013, all lights are working perfectly, it has two big size battery. Yes it has electric underfloor heating !! All windows are in excellent condition and have original net for stop flies or insect to get in. Basicly lots of extras. Bought this caravan summer 2012 to use as an office in my garden as i start running my own bussines three years ago. It s been towed from long distance when i bought so it s excellent. It s been only used as an office but i dont need it anymore. Negative of it; Around the toilet door frame where door is shutting has plastic sort of edge cover and it has been cracked because of weather condition ( hot summers and cold winters should be the reason ) but it can chance easily or taken out. This not major problem or effect your times in the caravan but i have to tell you. So all details listed above as far as i can remember but again it is bone dry, still original and excellent caravan.viewing and inspection highly recomended!!!
